Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Austral Bossley Park

Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Bossley Park who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

What the role involves

Use the team's coaching and admin systems. Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting. Attend mentoring and team workshops. Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.

Pay structure

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.





Requirements

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
