AP Bakery started in 2021 by a group of all-star hospitality owners. Now with various locations in Sydney, we are excited to be adding more talented barista's to the team.
If you are looking for a fun, dynamic and high-volume work environment, we want you! We are looking for a barista all-rounder - someone who can make exceptional coffee, but who is also happy to serve guests and take orders. Would suit a person who loves to chat to people.
We offer a supportive and friendly team, as well as delicious pastries! And all the coffee you can drink.
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in similar roles
- Ability to serve 4-5kg coffee on your own
- Understanding of dial‑in, shot quality, milk texture, latte art basics, cleaning & maintenance
- Maintain high service standards
- Worked in a quality restaurant or hotel providing table service/barista role
- Ability to work in a team
- Self-motivated and adaptable
- Ability to handle busy periods with grace and efficiency
- Robust communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands.
- Follow health and safety protocols,
policies and procedures related to food and workplace safety.
- A keen eye for detail to maintain our venue's high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, can-do and cheerful attitude, even during the busiest moments
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and seamless service
- Maintain service standards provided by the management team
