At Executive Personal Concierge, we make everyday life easier for families, seniors and busy individuals.

We're looking for a special person to join our small, dedicated team.
Someone who takes pride in helping others and enjoys a role where no two days are quite the same.

What might your day look like?

One day, you could be helping a busy family with school drop-offs or pickups, preparing a light meal or tidying their home.

Another day, you might be accompanying a senior client to an appointment, assisting with shopping, providing companionship or helping them manage everyday activities.

During school holidays, you could spend a full day helping care for children and accompanying them on activities and outings.

That's what makes this position different. It's personal, varied and rewarding.

Flexibility is essential

Our clients don't always need assistance between 9 am and 5 pm.

Some shifts may start at 7 am or earlier. Others may extend into the evening, beyond 7 pm. Weekend work may also be required.

We don't expect you to work from 7 am to 7 pm every day. However, we do need someone who can genuinely offer flexibility across different days and times.

Who are we looking for?

Someone who is:

- Warm, friendly and genuinely caring
- Reliable, responsible and trustworthy
- Organised, capable and confident working independently
- Comfortable assisting both children and seniors




- Happy to help with a variety of practical everyday tasks
- Adaptable with early mornings, evenings and occasional weekends
- A confident driver with a full current Australian driver's licence

Experience in aged care, personal care, family assistance, childcare or similar roles would be welcomed. However, we're equally interested in people with the right attitude, practical skills and genuine desire to help.

Appropriate background checks will be required.
