About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Casual Team Member (FOH) to join our team and support the daily operations of our store, including food preparation and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to tables
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with liquor licensing requirements

Shifts & Availability

- Full-Time role, average of 38 ordinary hours per week (5 days per week)
- Casual: Flexible hours based on business needs (Minimum availability for 3 shifts per week required, including weekdays and weekends)
- Must be available to work continuously throughout our peak period (November to March) with minimal or no pre-planned leave.
- Flexible availability required,



including weekdays, weekends, and evenings
- Availability during peak trading periods is highly desirable

Pay & Conditions

- Full-Time: From $27.08 per hour + Superannuation + Paid Annual /Sick Leave
- Casual: From $33.85 per hour + Superannuation
- Pay rates are in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award 2020.
- Applicable classifications, junior rates and penalty rates apply where relevant
- Full training is provided with opportunities for ongoing development.

Requirements

- Must hold valid Australian working rights
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- No previous work experience is necessary for this role
