The position:

We are seeking an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to work full time in our Mansfield Inventory team on a Monday to Friday roster.

The duties will include:

- Process customer orders
- Receipt stock accurately and on time
- Follow up suppliers on deliveries, lead times, and delays
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments including:

- Booking freight and coordinating courier pickups

- Preparing and processing documentation including international shipments

- Tracking shipments and following up on any delivery issues

- Communicating with transport providers to ensure timely deliveries

- General administration duties
- Responding to email enquiries and answering phone calls
- Providing backup support to the Inventory team

About You:

- Min 2+ years experience in inventory, logistics or warehouse coordination
- Experience in manufacturing, mining or heavy industry preferred
- Exceptional customer service focus
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills




- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- High attention to detail with ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong organisation skills
- Adaptable
- Sound computer skills
- Forklift license desirable
