Shop for Shops is Australia’s leading retailer of shop fittings, shelving and display solutions. We have a showroom and store in Osborne Park looking for a friendly and outgoing person to help our customers who visit us.
Key Duties and responsibilities include:
- Make sales and make customers happy
- Provide happy and helpful customer service in our showroom and shop.
- Receive and process customer orders in our showroom.
- Assist customers with loading orders into their vehicles upon collection.
- Checking and responding to customer emails and requests.
- Prepare detailed quotes for customers and follow up on them as required.
- Be energetic and happy
A key part of the role will be to recognize and develop leads within the business. Not every customer knows what they want.
Sometimes you have to ask questions and be inquisitive.
To be successful in this role you must possess the following:
- Robust communication skills and command of the English language.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.
- High level administrative and organisational skill with a proven ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- A bright, positive, and willing nature with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Strong numerical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exceptional grammatical and vocabulary skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
A permanent visa or a confirmed pathway to PR is required. We will not be reviewing applicants with a student visa.
Job Types: Casual, Full-time
Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 per week
