We’re a large, well-established agricultural production business based in Mulgrave, in the heart of the Hawkesbury. Our site runs 24/7, and keeping it moving is the job of a maintenance team that takes pride in its work – and in looking after each other.

The role

We’re looking for a Maintenance Tradesperson to join our workshop crew. You don’t need to be a “textbook” fitter. Whether you come from a mechanical, diesel, fitting, automotive or electrical background, if you’ve got a technical mind and real hands-on experience with machinery, there’s a place for you here.

A typical week could include:

- Breakdown repairs – diagnosing and fixing faults to get plant back up and running
- Planned and preventative maintenance on conveyors, loaders, pumps, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics and processing equipment
- Fabrication, modifications and improvements – making things work better, not just patching them




- Working alongside contractors on upgrades and projects
- Keeping safety front and centre – for yourself and your workmates

What you bring

- A trade background – Mechanical Fitter, Diesel/Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, Maintenance Fitter, Electrician or similar (or solid equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience maintaining or repairing machinery and plant
- A practical, problem-solving mindset – you like working out why something broke
- A genuine willingness to learn, have a go and get stuck in
- A team-first attitude and a good sense of humour
- Flexibility to work within a 24/7 operation, including occasional weekends
- Nice to have: welding/fabrication skills, hydraulics, PLC/electrical fault-finding, forklift or MR licence
