We are looking for a passionate, experienced and reliable Chef to join our kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new café opening, work in a modern kitchen environment and help us deliver high-quality food and an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, taste and presentation.
- Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations during busy service periods.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Assist with food preparation, stock control and inventory management.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Contribute ideas to improve kitchen efficiency and menu offerings.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a chef in a busy café or restaurant.
- Solid knowledge of modern Australian café cuisine.




- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Good understanding of Australian food safety standards.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays when required.
