Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West Rosehill

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Rosehill. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Pay rates

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

Availability

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

Requirements

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it.



By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Day to day

- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Apply with your CV and ask us about the role.
