Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Concord West Lane Cove North

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Lane Cove North, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

Hours you need to be free

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Requirements

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

What we provide

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Day to day

- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Pay and super





This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
