ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for passionate Casual Chefs to join our growing kitchen teams. Whether you're a gun on the pans, love working the grill or thrive during a busy breakfast service, we'd love to hear from you!
You'll have the opportunity to work across our diverse outlets:
- East Pavilion: Our exciting new 220-seat waterfront restaurant inspired by the flavours of Asia.
- Atmos: Our vibrant Greek restaurant bringing Mediterranean flavours to Shoal Bay.
- Mermaids Café: Coastal café favourites in a relaxed setting.
- The Patio Bistro: Great food, classic favourites and a buzzing atmosphere overlooking the water.
From Asian-inspired cuisine to Greek flavours, café favourites and bistro classics, there's plenty of variety and opportunity to develop your skills.
ABOUT YOU
- Commercial cookery qualifications or solid hands-on kitchen experience.
- Experience in fast-paced kitchens, with skills across pans, grill, fryer, pizza, breakfast or food preparation.
- Confident preparing ingredients, completing prep lists and keeping your section organised and service-ready.
- A positive attitude, reliability and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
