Own quality at our flagship Horsley Park manufacturing site and help take an established quality function to the next level.

As we continue to grow, we have an opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to join our team at Horsley Park.

Reporting directly to the Plant Manager and working as part of the Site Leadership Team, you'll lead Quality and Food Safety across our three-line, 24/7 beverage manufacturing operation.

You'll have the autonomy to lead quality at site level, supported by a Quality Assurance Technician and the expertise of our National Quality team.

The foundations are there. We're looking for someone who can build on them, strengthen capability across the site, and continue developing a culture where everyone understands and owns Quality and Food Safety.

About the role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be visible across the operation, working closely with Production, Maintenance, Warehouse and the broader site leadership team.

You'll be responsible for:

- Leading and continuously improving the site's Quality Management System
- Providing leadership across all site Quality and Food Safety matters
- Leading and developing the site's Quality Assurance Technician
- Championing HACCP and GMP standards and strengthening quality capability across the operation
- Leading audits, quality investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Monitoring quality performance, risks and improvement opportunities
- Working with the Plant Manager, Site Leadership Team and National Quality team to drive continuous improvement

About you





You're an experienced Quality Manager who understands the pace and complexity of beverage or high-volume FMCG manufacturing.

You'll bring solid technical knowledge, but we're equally interested in how you lead. You're someone who gets out into the operation, builds relationships, works alongside people to solve problems and is comfortable constructively challenging when something isn't right.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Experience as a Quality Manager within beverage manufacturing or a closely related FMCG environment
- A relevant Quality and/or Food Safety qualification
- HACCP and Internal Auditor certification
- Strong experience with Quality Management Systems and GFSI-recognised standards
- Experience leading audits, investigations and corrective actions
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills

Most importantly, you'll believe that great quality outcomes aren't achieved by the Quality team alone. You'll help build an environment where people understand the standards, why they matter and the role they play in delivering them.
