Casual Personal Trainer | Nantawarra

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Nantawarra. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

Pay rates

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

How we support you

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

What you will do

Coach each client one-to-one.



Join team workshops and mentoring sessions. Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems. Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.

Requirements

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
