Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Bright who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.
Day to day
Talk current enquiries through how the training works. Join team workshops and mentoring sessions. Coach clients in one-to-one sessions. Follow our coaching and admin systems.
What you will need
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
What it pays
You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- Availability
We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
