Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Beaumont Hills Blacktown
Looking for a casual personal training role in Blacktown? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full-time hours.
Qualifications
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
Pay and super
Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Your responsibilities
Coach each client one-to-one. Follow our coaching and admin systems. Talk recent enquiries through how the training works. Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
Availability needed
We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
