As a Part-Time Skin & Beauty Therapist, you'll deliver professional Aesthetics RX facial and skin treatments, provide personalised consultations and recommend tailored skincare solutions to support clients' individual needs and goals.
Based at Myer Sydney, you'll combine your beauty therapy expertise with your passion for customer service, creating an inviting and professional experience that builds trust, encourages loyalty and keeps clients coming back.
You'll work closely with the Aesthetics RX team and Myer stakeholders, contributing to a positive team culture and supporting the growth of the brand through exceptional service and thoughtful product recommendations.

How You'll Create Confidence

- Deliver skilled Aesthetics RX facial and skin treatments in line with approved protocols, training and treatment guidelines.
- Conduct personalised consultations and skin assessments, ensuring treatment suitability, informed consent and appropriate care.
- Recommend tailored skincare products, treatments and homecare routines to support individual skin concerns and goals.
- Create warm, professional and personalised client experiences that build trust, loyalty and repeat visits.
- Support rebooking, skincare sales and agreed performance goals through genuine, client-focused recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic and professional treatment environment, following all infection-control and safety requirements.
- Keep accurate client records and provide clear pre-treatment and aftercare advice.
- Work collaboratively with the Aesthetics RX team and Myer colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

- Diploma of Beauty Therapy or an equivalent recognised qualification.




- Practical experience delivering facial and skin treatments in a beauty, skin or aesthetics environment.
- Sound knowledge of skin consultations, treatment suitability, contraindications, hygiene and infection control.
- Confidence recommending skincare products and homecare solutions tailored to individual client needs.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building and customer service skills.
- A commercial mindset and the ability to work towards service, sales and client-retention goals.
- Strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to safety and a commitment to professional standards.
- A positive, adaptable and collaborative attitude, with the ability to thrive in a busy retail environment.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and delivering safe, high-quality treatments within your qualifications and competency.

Experience in a customer-facing retail, clinic or department store environment will be highly regarded.
