Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Austral Blairmount

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Blairmount. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

Pay

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Rent and support

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

To be considered

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Your responsibilities

- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.




- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
