Details: CMTEDD Corporate provides a range of strategic, governance, organisational development, administrative and human resource functions for the Chief Minister and Treasury and Economic Development Directorate (Directorate). It administers the governance framework, corporate policies, audit and compliance assurance programs, as well as drives our strong risk framework including supporting business continuity, emergency management and protective security.

Corporate are seeking an organised and driven individual as the Agency Protective Security Officer who will be supporting the Directorates’ Agency Security Advisors with the implementation and ongoing management and reporting of the ACT Government Protective Security Framework and security related activities within CMTEDD.

Eligibility/Other requirements:

- While an NV1 Security Clearance is required for the position, it is not necessary for this short-term acting period.

Note: This is a temporary position available from 3 December 2026 until 12 March 2027. This position is available to ACT Government officers and employees only.

A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.

Please note, this position is based in a workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
