La Saveur is looking for a skilled and reliable Waitstaff to join our front our cozy team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Create an inviting and memorable guest experience by welcoming guests warmly, providing attentive service and building genuine connections with both new and returning guests.
- Deliver service in line with our brand and standards, balancing professionalism with a friendly, approachable and engaging manner.
- Know the menu and confidently guide guests through their options, offering recommendations tailored to their preferences.
- Ensure smooth and attentive service by delivering food and beverages accurately, promptly and with care, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Uphold excellent grooming and presentation standards, arriving on time, prepared for each shift and ready to deliver professional service.
- Maintain a clean and well-presented environment by keeping dining areas, service stations and equipment organised and compliant with hygiene and food safety requirements.
- Assist with daily venue operations by completing assigned opening and closing tasks and ensuring the venue is properly prepared for service.
- Work effectively as part of the team and independently by communicating clearly, remaining confident with minimal supervision,



and contributing to a positive workplace culture centred on outstanding hospitality.

Requirements:

- Valid working rights in Australia
- Must have weekend availability
- You are above the minimum age required and fluent in English
- Experience working in a rapid-paced busy restaurant is desirable
- Ability to be on your feet most of the day
