A&S; Group Holdings operates a diverse portfolio of consumer and e-commerce brands across gifting, baby products, health and wellness products, pet products and other consumer categories.

As the group continues to develop its product range and online presence, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the planning and implementation of marketing strategies across our portfolio of brands.

About the Role

The Marketing Specialist will identify market opportunities and assist with the development, coordination and implementation of marketing strategies to support brand growth, product development, customer acquisition and the promotion of the group's products and services.

The position will work closely with management and operational teams across the company's e-commerce and consumer product businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans across the company's portfolio of consumer and e-commerce brands.
- Conduct market, customer and competitor research to identify market opportunities, consumer trends and potential areas for business growth.
- Analyse market information and marketing performance to provide recommendations on future marketing activities.
- Advise on product positioning, product mix, pricing, promotional strategies and sales promotion activities.
- Support the development and introduction of new products, product variations and seasonal product ranges based on market demand and customer trends.
- Plan and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital and other relevant marketing channels.
- Develop promotional strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and sales across the company's brands.
- Coordinate e-commerce and digital marketing activities, including paid media, social media, SEO and online promotional campaigns.




- Analyse campaign results, customer engagement and digital performance data and recommend improvements to marketing strategies.
- Assist with determining campaign budgets, media allocation and promotional priorities.
- Coordinate marketing content and campaign requirements with internal teams and external service providers.
- Monitor competitor activities, market developments and consumer behaviour and provide marketing recommendations to management.
- Prepare marketing reports and recommendations to support product, promotional and broader commercial decisions.

Skills and Experience

The successful applicant will ideally have:

- A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant professional marketing experience.
- Experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning and brand development.
- Experience conducting market and competitor research.
- Experience with product positioning, pricing and promotional strategies.
- Experience supporting product development or product range initiatives.
- Experience with digital marketing, e-commerce, paid media and social media campaigns.
- Ability to analyse campaign and market data and develop practical marketing recommendations.
- Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Experience within e-commerce, consumer products or a multi-brand business setting will be highly regarded.

What We Offer

- Full-time ongoing employment.
- Salary of $80,000 - $82,000 plus superannuation.
