Job summary
Shifts:

- AM: HR drivers, start from 3:00am (depends on timeslot)
- PM: HC and MC drivers, 2:00pm – 4:00pm start

Location: Minchinbury, NSW (start and finish at the Minchinbury site)

Pay:

- HR (start from 3:00am): $43.90/hr
- HR (start after 5:00am): $35.41/hr
- HC (PM, 2:00–4:00pm start): $41.68/hr
- MC (PM, 2:00–4:00pm start): $43.53/hr

About the Role
We are hiring experienced HR, HC and MC truck drivers for a cold storage distribution company in Western Sydney. Early morning drivers work an AM roster, and afternoon drivers work a PM roster. MC licence holders are preferred for the afternoon shift. All shifts start and finish at Minchinbury, with long driving shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive HR, HC or MC trucks safely to delivery locations.
- Load, unload and handle freight at delivery sites.
- Check that deliveries are correct and complete paperwork or delivery records.
- Do pre-start vehicle checks and report any issues.
- Follow road rules,



fatigue management and site safety procedures.

Requirements

- AM: current HR licence and robust early-morning availability (from 3:00am).
- PM: current HC or MC licence (MC preferred), available for 2:00pm – 4:00pm starts.
- Comfortable with delivery work, freight handling and long driving shifts.
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused.
- Able to follow fatigue management requirements.
- Full working rights in Australia.

Pay: $35.41 – $43.90 per hour
