NIS Power & Communications are currently seeking to employ a qualified linesperson and/or cable jointer to assist our team with projects in the Mid North Coast region. The position will be on a permanent full-time basis with immediate start in the beautiful coastal area of Port Macquarie.

Excellent Salary Package available to the right person.

Essential criteria to be considered for the role

- Current drivers licence and construction white card
- Certificate III ESI – distribution overhead or underground
- Demonstrated experience on Power networks
- High risk work licence EWP
- Self motivated , versatile , able to work unsupervised and effectively with other team members

Your role will include

- Interpreting technical documentation and standards




- Safely perform contestable works on the overhead and underground network ensuring compliance
- Assist with planning of works and assisting the team as required
- Use mobile devices on site to capture required documentation

Pay: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
