Personal Training Position | Urania

Looking for a casual personal training role in Urania? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full-time hours.

Availability

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

What the role involves

- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- What it pays

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week




- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Requirements

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
