JM Transport Heavy Haulage is a transport company providing heavy haulage and transport services across greater Brisbane. We specialise in transporting machinery, earthmoving equipment, construction materials and civil supplies, supporting a range of projects across the region.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for reliable and motivated HR Truck Drivers to join our team.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, dependable and hardworking HR Truck Driver to join our growing team, based in Jimboomba, Queensland.

The successful applicant will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles, completing deliveries and transport tasks efficiently, and representing JM Transport professionally while on the road and at customer sites.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, values safety and wants to be part of a growing transport business.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate HR vehicles in accordance with road rules and company procedures.
- Transport and deliver materials, equipment and other loads as required.
- Complete daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance or safety issues.
- Ensure loads are secured correctly and safely before transport.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
- Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle.




- Communicate professionally with customers, site personnel and management.
- Complete required paperwork and delivery records accurately.
- Work efficiently and meet daily schedules and deadlines.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must have:

- A current HR truck licence.
- A manual vehicle licence.
- Reliable transport to and from work.
- A current White Card.
- A strong work ethic and a reliable, punctual attitude.
- The ability to work Monday to Friday for 10–12 hours per day.
- A commitment to workplace health and safety.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous truck driving or transport industry experience is highly regarded.

What We Offer

- $35–$40 per hour, depending on experience and suitability.
- Overtime paid after 8 hours, subject to the applicable employment arrangements.
- Consistent Monday to Friday work.
- 10–12-hour working days.
