EC & Co Consulting is partnering with a successful, growing national recruitment agency specialising in transport, logistics and manufacturing to recruit a motivated Recruitment Consultant for their Laverton North team.

About the role

You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process while developing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities across the transport, logistics and manufacturing sectors.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and understanding their workforce requirements.
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
- Managing recruitment assignments from initial job briefing through to placement and onboarding.
- Developing recent business opportunities and building your client portfolio.
- Conducting client meetings, negotiating terms and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Maintaining accurate candidate and client records within the CRM.
- Providing an exceptional experience for clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

About you

You'll be a motivated,



relationship-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong sales, business development or account management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- The confidence to identify opportunities, overcome objections and close business.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing competing priorities.
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in recruitment.
