Early Childhood Educator – Certificate 3

Explore & Develop North Richmond is seeking an enthusiastic Certificate 3 trained educator with a genuine commitment to providing high-quality education and care to our community.

You will work with a team of dedicated educators to create a stimulating, positive and inclusive environment that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) whilst maintaining the elements of the National Quality Standards (NQS).

Essential attributes of this role:

· Work collaboratively within a passionate team of educators to provide high-quality care for children.





· Help implement a play-based curriculum that supports each child’s routine and developmental needs

· Build secure, trusting relationships with children and families

· Contribute to observations, documentation, and planning

· Support a calm, secure, and responsive environment aligned with the principles of respectful caregiving

· Zero tolerance for potential child safety concerns and the willingness to speak up immediately if something doesn’t feel right to you

Essential Qualifications:

- Cert 3 of Children’s Services
- Current APPROVED Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
