We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Tempe. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.
Availability
You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
What you will need
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
Your responsibilities
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Rent and support
Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
Pay structure
This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
