Looking for a casual personal training role in Mandogalup? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full time hours.
Qualifications
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
Day to day
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- What we provide
No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
Hours you need to be free
You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability,
not guaranteed paid hours.
Pay and super
This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
