About the Role

Be U Pty Ltd is seeking reliable, detail-oriented and skilled Home Care Cleaners to provide domestic cleaning services to clients with disability across the Perth metropolitan area.

This position is predominantly focused on cleaning and domestic assistance, helping clients maintain a clean, tidy, comfortable home environment.

Duties may also include general household tasks, such as making beds, changing bed linen, hanging out washing, folding laundry and other practical assistance with maintaining the home.

Depending on client requirements, the role may also involve light gardening and general yard maintenance, alongside practical in-home assistance with everyday household routines.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, hygienic and comfortable homes and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disability.

You will assist NDIS clients to maintain their homes and live independently by providing practical, high-quality domestic support services tailored to their individual needs and preferences.

Your Responsibilities

Your duties will focus exclusively on domestic cleaning and household assistance, including:

- General house cleaning and tidying
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Dusting and wiping down surfaces
- Cleaning kitchens,



including benchtops, sinks and external appliance surfaces
- Cleaning bathrooms and toilets
- Wiping mirrors and accessible glass surfaces
- Emptying household bins and replacing bin liners
- Cleaning other agreed household areas as required
- Following each client's cleaning preferences and agreed service requirements
- Using cleaning products safely and following appropriate hygiene practices
- Respecting clients' privacy, belongings and personal space
- Reporting any hazards, damage or concerns identified during cleaning
- Completing accurate service records and timesheets

All cleaning tasks will be performed within the agreed scope of service and in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements.

About You

You are someone who:

- Understands the importance of confidentiality and respecting clients' homes
- Communicates professionally and respectfully with clients and the Be U team
- Is comfortable working in homes belonging to people with disability
- Can follow safe cleaning practices and use cleaning products appropriately
- Is flexible and available for weekday and/or weekend shifts, depending on client requirements

Previous professional cleaning or domestic assistance experience is highly regarded. We also welcome applicants with transferable skills who demonstrate reliability, initiative and a commitment to quality.

Essential Requirements

- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness and eligibility to obtain one




- National Police Clearance
- Current Australian working rights
- Smartphone with internet access for rostering, communication and service records
- Ability to travel reliably between client locations across Perth Metro

If the role requires travel between clients: A current driver's licence and reliable, appropriately insured vehicle will be required.

Desirable

- Previous domestic cleaning, housekeeping or home care experience
- Experience providing cleaning services in clients' homes
- Understanding of infection prevention, hygiene and safe cleaning practices
- Knowledge of working respectfully with people with disability
- Ability to use cleaning equipment and products safely

A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support is not essential for this cleaning-only role.
