Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Downsfield. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.
What you will need
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
Support
Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.
Availability
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
What the role involves
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- What it pays
Casual role,
paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
