About the Role

An established and growing Australian e-commerce business in the pet products industry is looking for a reliable, organised and enthusiastic person to join our small team.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining daily order packing and dispatch with customer service, online marketplace administration, social media and digital marketing.

We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and is happy to learn new skills.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfilment

- Pick, pack and dispatch daily online orders.
- Prepare shipping labels and courier collections.
- Assist with stock control and inventory management.

Customer Service & Administration

- Respond to customer emails and enquiries.
- Reply to social media messages and comments.
- Manage delivery enquiries, refunds and replacements.
- Liaise with Australia Post regarding delayed or missing parcels, investigations and compensation claims.

E-Commerce & Brand Protection

- Assist with Shopify, eBay and Amazon marketplace administration.
- Monitor unauthorised online sellers.
- Assist with copyright infringement reporting through eBay VeRO.
- Update website content and product listings.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

- Write product descriptions, advertising copy and social media content.
- Create and edit short promotional videos.
- Assist with social media marketing.




- Help manage Google Ads and Amazon PPC advertising.
- Support email marketing and promotional campaigns.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Reliable, punctual and well organised.
- Confident using computers and online platforms.
- A valuable communicator with strong written English.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable with both physical packing tasks and computer-based work.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and willing to learn.

Experience

Experience in e-commerce, Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Canva, CapCut, Google Ads or social media marketing would be an advantage, but is not essential.

Full training can be provided to the right person.

We're more interested in finding someone reliable, capable and willing to learn than someone who already knows every system.

Hours & Location

- Full-time or part-time considered.
- Flexible working hours.
- On-site position on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
- Local applicants preferred.
- Remuneration negotiable depending on skills and experience.
