What you’ll be doing
Chefs
- Prepping and cooking to our menu with quality produce
- Keeping your section clean, organised and food-safe
- Working with the kitchen team to deliver a excellent service
Waitstaff
- Welcoming guests and taking care of them through service
- Learning the menu and our Italian wine list
- Working with the floor and kitchen teams to keep service smooth
About you
- You love food, wine or hospitality (or all three)
- You’re reliable, hardworking and a good team player
- You’re keen to learn
- Waitstaff: you’re available evenings and weekends
- Chefs: previous kitchen experience is great, but not essential
