Details: Canberra Institute of Technology is seeking an organised and adaptable Cloud Campus Program Support Officer to join the Data and Digitalisation Branch.

In this role, you will provide administrative, executive and project support to the Cloud Campus Program, working closely with the Program Director, Chief Information Officer and the Cloud Campus program team. You will coordinate meetings and governance documentation, prepare correspondence and reports, maintain records, monitor actions and workflows, and assist with procurement, budgets, risks and issues.

We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, exercises sound judgement and can manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal applicant will build productive working relationships, take initiative and contribute to the smooth delivery of a major digital transformation program.

This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of 12 months with the possibility of permanency.

A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
