Pack & Send Preston is looking for a versatile and motivated Retail Customer Service & Freight Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team in Preston, VIC. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who can balance high-quality customer service with the technical aspects of freight logistics. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end shipping process, from initial sales inquiries to qualified packaging and consignment tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately weighing, measuring, and consigning packages to ensure correct pricing and safe transport.
- Utilising professional packaging techniques to secure consignments and minimise potential warranty claims.
- Handling over-the-counter sales, telephone inquiries, and online estimate requests with a focus on customer satisfaction.




- Tracking and tracing consignments and providing timely delivery confirmations to clients.
- Managing administrative tasks and maintaining store equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with suppliers and delivery drivers.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Completion of Secondary School or a Cert IV in Retail/Business (or equivalent).
- Intermediate computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- A self-motivated, energetic, and punctual approach to work.
- Ability to reliably commute to Preston, VIC 3072.
