Hough Cabinets is seeking an Experienced Joiner.

Full-time position, 38 Hours per week.

You will be responsible for the fabrication of various Joinery projects. You will primarily be based on site at our manufacturing workshop. You may also be required for Joinery Installation at various Building and Construction sites across the Stunning South West of Western Australia!!

Essential Requirements:

- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- The ability to work to tight schedules and deadlines.
- High level Joinery experience is a MUST!
- Current drivers license.
- Current White Card or willingness to obtain.
- Current Police Clearance or willingness to obtain.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and without supervision.
- Willing to be part of a hardworking and dedicated team.
- Qualifications: Relevant AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV or 3 years work experience in lieu of relevant qualifications.
- Relevant experience: At least 1 year relevant work experience.

Duties:

- Manufacture custom cabinetry and joinery to a high standard of workmanship.
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Cut, shape, assemble, and finish timber and board materials.
- Construct and install cabinetry units, doors, drawers, benchtops,



and panels.
- Safely operate woodworking machinery, including panel saws, CNC machines, edge banders, and hand tools.
- Maintain equipment, report faults, and follow maintenance procedures.
- Ensure all work meets company and industry quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks before installation or delivery and rectify any defects as required.
- Comply with all Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workspace.
- Work collaboratively with designers, supervisors, and other team members.
- Support and mentor apprentices where required.

Work hours are Monday - Thursday: 6:30am - 3:30pm, Friday is 6:30am to 12:30pm PLUS regular overtime.

You will be expected to work additional hours as directed by Production Manager, when experiencing extra work volumes.

Salary will be competitive and based on the level of experience and tailored to suit the successful applicant. Salary from $80,000 + per annum + Superannuation.
