Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Kogan. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.
What you will need
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
What you will do
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Your availability
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.
Pay
Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission.
The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
