ABOUT US

We are a very busy café/restaurant located at Northern Beaches and looking for a reliable, self-motivated and competent chef. We are offering long term employment in a flexible and supportive working setting.

DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food and managing kitchen operations ensuring food quality, and overseeing kitchen staff.

SCOPE:

Oversees operations of the food program, including hygiene, meal planning and preparation, food distribution to customers, supervision of other kitchen staffs, record keeping in all kitchen operations,



ensures adherence to customer satisfaction and maintaining well hygiene environment regarding food storage and preparation.

Required Qualification:

· Certificate IV

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

· Able to look after multiple sections

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Available for 7-day rotating roster

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 plus superannuation Annually
