Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Austral Eschol Park

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Eschol Park, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

Availability needed

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

The role

- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Pay rates

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr




- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Rent and support

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Requirements

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
