Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Maddington

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Maddington, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

Pay

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Qualifications

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Hours you need to be free

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week,



about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Your responsibilities

- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
