Join Ventia's Defence Maintenance Contract (DMC) at Robertson Barracks, Darwin, and play a key role in supporting critical Defence infrastructure. As the Senior Regional Planner, you'll lead maintenance planning operations, drive service delivery outcomes, and manage a high-performing team responsible for coordinating maintenance activities across a diverse portfolio of Defence assets and equipment

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll lead maintenance planning and trade repair operations at Robertson Barracks, ensuring works are prioritised, scheduled and delivered efficiently.

You will:

- Lead a team of Planners, Trade Repair Officers and Administration support
- Manage planned, reactive and corrective maintenance programs
- Oversee contractor performance and work order delivery
- Partner with Defence stakeholders to drive operational outcomes
- Utilise CMMS data to improve maintenance performance and continuous improvement initiatives

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered, you must:

- Be an Australian Citizen
- Be eligible to obtain and maintain an NV1 Defence Security Clearance

About You

You will bring:

- Experience leading maintenance planning,



scheduling or technical teams
- Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience managing planned and reactive maintenance programs
- CMMS experience, with SAP highly regarded
- Strong analytical, organisational and leadership capability
- Defence, Facilities Management or maintenance industry experience highly regarded
