PT Role | Snap Fitness Tweed South Hastings Point

Looking for a casual personal training role in Hastings Point? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full-time hours.

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

Pay rates

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- When you need to be available

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Requirements

- Cert IV in Fitness,



or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- What you will do
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
