Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Doobarda
Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Doobarda. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.
What the role involves
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- What we are looking for
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Availability needed
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
Pay rates
Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
