PT Role | Snap Fitness Tweed South Clothiers Creek

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Clothiers Creek. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

How we support you

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Requirements

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Day to day

Coach clients in one-to-one sessions. Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting. Follow our coaching and admin systems. Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.

When you need to be available

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Pay structure





This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
