Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Austral Badgerys Creek

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Badgerys Creek. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Qualifications

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

What we provide

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Pay rates

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- When you need to be available
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week




- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

Day to day

- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
