About the Role
As the Parts Interpreter will apply mechanical and parts knowledge to assist our workshop and customers. You will provide a high standard of customer service over the phone and at sales counter.
With your excellent organisational and customer service skills combined with a good eye for detail you will quickly become an significant and valued team member of the team.




Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide advice to customers in relation to parts information
- Handle all retail, wholesale and internal parts sales
- Process quotes & orders accurately and efficiently
- Pick orders for over-the-counter sales and at other times when required
- Ensure timely dispatch of all parts orders
- Adhere to WHS policies and processes
