We are currently seeking reliable Construction Labourers to join construction teams working across Newcastle, NSW. This opportunity is suited to hardworking candidates with previous construction site experience who are comfortable performing physical work and assisting with a range of daily site activities.

The successful applicants will work alongside tradespeople, supervisors, and other site personnel to support construction operations and maintain a safe and productive worksite.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Construction Labourer, Labourer, Civil Labourer, or General Labourer
- Valid White Card
- Construction site experience preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable performing manual labour
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow site instructions and safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong awareness of workplace health and safety requirements
- Reliable transport to Newcastle and surrounding areas
- Available to start ASAP

Duties Include

- Performing general construction labouring duties
- Assisting tradespeople, operators, and site supervisors
- Loading, unloading, moving, and organising construction materials
- Preparing and clearing work areas
- Digging, lifting, carrying, and other manual handling tasks
- Assisting with civil construction, earthworks,



and site preparation
- Using basic hand and power tools where required
- Assisting with deliveries and moving materials around the worksite
- Maintaining clean, organised, and safe work areas
- Following WHS procedures and site-specific safety requirements
- Completing additional tasks as directed by the site supervisor
