Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Austral Hammondville
Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Hammondville. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.
Hours you need to be free
We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
Day to day
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- What we provide
No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
What you will need
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Pay
This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
