You are the technical lead and technical face of every client build: you run discovery, design the system, ship the first version fast (roughly the first three months), then improve it every week. As we grow, you lead delivery and help decide who we hire next. Also, as our clients grow, your salary will grow with us as well. We want a third founder, essentially to help build this rapid growing company

What you’ll do

- Map how client teams really work, quantify the value, and agree realistic KPIs
- Build agents and automations with a human approval step (email → data extraction → quote → approval → follow-ups, tender collectors, reconciliation, alerts)
- Build knowledge assistants over client emails, documents and CRM data
- Integrate Microsoft 365 (Graph), HubSpot, Xero and other client systems securely
- Ship something visible every week and run the weekly client showcase
- Say clearly when a request is outside scope, and give honest timelines

What you bring

- Typically 5+ years building production software, with recent hands-on LLM and agent work as well as recent experience in personal agents. Not builder agents but actual personal agents that have been released in the past month or so
- Full-stack skills (we use GitHub, Vercel, Supabase and Heroku) and daily use of AI coding tools and coding structure with Python scripts and other languages, with the discipline to review and optimise what they produce
- Retrieval-augmented generation,



API integration and browser automation experience, as well as agent computer use experience (Co Work, Grok Bot, Dots, Muse exc.)
- Clear communication with non-technical owners and staff, and sound product judgement
- Right to work in Australia, based in Australia, working AEST/AEDT hours
