Glenala State High School offers students the opportunity to excel academically, culturally, in service to others and on the sporting fields.

Your opportunity:

Lead the school's Positive Culture for Learning and Engagement focus, promoting a relational school culture built on positive relationships and student belonging.
Lead whole-school approaches to student engagement, including proactive problem-solving, early intervention, restorative practices, and positive behaviour support.




Lead the creation and implementation of the school's social and emotional learning framework.
Coordinate and lead the Year 6 into 7 transition and orientation process, building strong primary school partnerships and supporting successful transition into high school.
