The Role
Working in office across commercial and industrial facilities, you will assist our experienced lead installers in bringing warehouse structures to life. The work is straightforward, physical but not exhausting, and highly satisfying—and we will provide full hands-on training to get you up to speed.
Day-to-day duties include:
- Unloading, staging, and handling structural steel components, timber flooring, handrails, and racking.
- Assembling and erecting mezzanine floors, staircases, and pallet racking using hand and power tools.
- Keeping site work areas safe, organised, and clean.
- Working efficiently as part of a close-knit team to hit tight installation targets.

- Work Ethic & Reliability: You show up on time, take pride in your work, and bring a positive, can-do attitude.
- Honesty & Integrity: Dependable, trustworthy team players who take ownership of their role.
- White Card: Valid Whitecard required or willingness to obtain before first day.
- Driver’s Licence: Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable transport.
- Physical Fitness: Comfortable with active manual handling and working on commercial construction/warehouse sites.
- Forklift Licence (LF Ticket): Not essential, but highly regarded and prioritised.
